Terms and Conditions
1. Safety Regulations: Agreement to follow all safety regulations and guidelines provided by the operator. This includes adhering to safety protocols, using safety equipment, and following the instructions of the flight instructor.
2. Weather Conditions: Acknowledgment of weather dependency. Flights may be canceled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions for safety reasons.
3. Alcohol and Substance Use: Prohibition of alcohol or substance use before or during the flight for safety reasons.
4. Weight Limitations: 50 Kgs to 95 Kgs
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Understand the cancellation and refund policies in case you need to reschedule or cancel your flight by calling us on 8296360507.
6. Liability Waiver: Typically, you'll be asked to sign a liability waiver or release form, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with paramotor flying and waiving the operator's liability for any accidents or injuries.
7. Cancellation by the Operator: If the paramotor flight is canceled by the operator due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, they might offer to reschedule the flight at no extra cost or provide a full refund.
8. Customer Cancellation: If you, as the customer, need to cancel the flight, the refund policy might vary based on the advance notice provided:

Advance Notice: Refunds or rescheduling might be offered if you provide a certain amount of advance notice before the scheduled flight. For instance, a full refund might be provided if you cancel within a specified time frame, such as 48 or 72 hours before the flight.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel within a shorter time frame or on the day of the scheduled flight, you might not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, the operator might retain a percentage of the total cost as a cancellation fee or offer a partial refund.
9. No-show Policy: If you fail to show up for the scheduled flight without canceling in advance, We will consider it a "no-show," and you will not be eligible for a refund.
